Refund policy

▪ Processing the order within India takes 3 - 5 working
days and then shipping takes 7 - 10 working days.

▪ We do not offer Refunds and we accept Returns against Exchange or Store credit valid for 12 months.

▪ The product bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 5 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks. 

 The Noia Team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

▪ Exchange is only applicable once and with the products of equal price value or more.

▪ No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted/Sale products.

▪ Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

▪ In case of exchange, customers are required to pay Rs. 150 exchange fee for us to book the reverse pick up and send the exchanged piece.

▪ Parcel sent to us without a prior Information will not be accepted.

Note: Kindly capture an unboxing video for hassle-free Return or Exchange Process. Company holds the right to demand the unboxing video in any critical case.
